What delivery options are available?
We offer a range of delivery options:

Do you deliver internationally?
Not yet, but stay tuned! We hope to deliver overseas soon.
What happens if my delivery goes missing?
When you order from us, you will receive a tracking code in your shipping confirmation email, so please track this first. We will always do our best to relocate the parcel. If that fails, we will resend your order. As much as we would love things to run smoothly, unfortunately these things happen. We urge you to please be understanding.
My item is faulty.
Oh no! Our items are thoroughly quality controlled, but if one slipped through the net, simply send it back to us and we will gladly swap it for you. As we are a sustainable company, any faulty items will be recycled and join the cycle again.
What is your Returns Policy?
We know buying online can be daunting. Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you change your mind, you can return your item for 28 days after purchase and receive a full refund - providing the item has not been worn. We only offer refunds, not exchanges. If you need a different size, please re-purchase your new size. Please check our online size guide before purchasing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will issue a tracking code via your shipping confirmation email.
What sizes are available?
Our women’s range is available in sizes XS - XXL.
Our men’s range is available in sizes S - XXL.
How do I clean Jade Hayter clothing?
For specific cleaning instructions, please follow the wash label advice on each item.
Are there any chemicals that will stain my clothing?
These items have gone though rigorous testing. Although in our tests, the items were resistant to most stains - including hair dye - our clothing is not labelled as hair dye proof. Our clothes are bleach-proof, but if you get bleach on the item, we highly recommend you clean it straight away. Please see our how-to guides for specific instructions on how to deal with chemicals.
