Repair - We will repair any damaged items free of charge and send them back to you.

 

Returns Policy:

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan or similar.

2. Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return; these may be exchanged for a gift card only.

3. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.

4. Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns.
