Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is separate from processing time.
United Kingdom delivery
Free standard delivery is available on UK orders of £100 or more. The following UK delivery choices are available:
- standard shipping: £3.95
- Tracked 48 Hours: £5.95
- tracked 24: £6.95
- Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm: £9.25
Our current checkout configuration also offers these services free on UK orders of £100 or more. Available delivery options and the applicable charges are shown at checkout. Service names refer to delivery after dispatch, not the time needed to process your order.
Ireland delivery
Ireland delivery is separate from our UK delivery offer. The configured tracked international delivery rate is £21.90, with free delivery available for orders of £200 or more. These are GBP base amounts; the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout in your checkout currency. The UK £100 free-delivery threshold does not apply to Ireland.
Tracking and delivery updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Carrier delays
Delivery can be affected by carrier delays. If your shipment is delayed or you have any questions about delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
